1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the hris77 website at hris77.pro and any related mobile or web application operated by hris77.
• "Services" refers to all games, betting markets, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other features made available through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the hris77 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money funds held in a Player's hris77 Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an hris77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hris77 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location prior to registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hris77 or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the hris77 Platform or have requested account closure under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.
• You may hold only one registered Account on the hris77 Platform at any time. If multiple Accounts are detected, all Accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited without notice.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

hris77 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. By registering an Account, you agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing account holder name matching your hris77 registration details).

hris77 reserves the right to suspend Account functionality, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. hris77 further reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request above ৳50,000 BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hris77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum single-transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal initiation.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
• hris77 does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which hris77 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard processing time to bKash and Nagad is 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• hris77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Deposits made using a bonus code or during an active promotion may be subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion before withdrawal of the deposited amount is permitted. Full terms are provided at the time each promotion is activated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hris77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms displayed at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of hris77 and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion has its own minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period. These specific terms are displayed on the Promotions page and/or at the time of bonus activation.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not available for withdrawal.
• hris77 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting software errors.
• A welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 BDT is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement and full terms are provided at the time of registration and first deposit.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and T20 World Cup matches are available to eligible registered players. Promotional details are communicated via the Promotions section of the Platform.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets on the hris77 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports data provider. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. hris77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in cases of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live betting event, hris77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance. This is not subject to negotiation.
• Cricket betting markets on hris77 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and other international fixtures. Specific market rules (e.g., minimum overs required for a result to stand) are displayed alongside each market.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. hris77 accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if the Platform displayed odds momentarily due to a data feed delay.
• Games from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) are governed by the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages set by those providers. hris77 does not modify game outcomes.
• Maximum winnings from a single game round or bet may be capped as specified in the individual game rules. Any winnings above the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hris77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus structures.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in betting markets. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably apparent software error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform in any way.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been credited and used on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

hris77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings menu. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory review period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen alerts to notify them after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account will be suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their Account may request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion term.

9. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close an hris77 Account subject to the following provisions:

• A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, hris77 will process any pending withdrawal of the Account balance to the Player's verified payment method before closure, provided no KYC hold or investigation is outstanding.
• hris77 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) hris77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued Account operation creates a regulatory or legal risk for hris77.
• In cases of Account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, hris77 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• hris77 reserves the right to close or restrict access to any Account if a Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling services are prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hris77 excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunity.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by server maintenance, third-party network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events beyond hris77's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data providers, subject always to hris77's right to void bets affected by manifest pricing errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits hris77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

hris77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at hris77.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC obligations, and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to receive them.

12. Amendments to These Terms

hris77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, hris77 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the hris77 Platform or these Terms, hris77 encourages Players to first contact the customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. hris77 will acknowledge dispute communications within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve complaints within 28 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and hris77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. No oral or written representation made by any hris77 employee or representative outside of this document shall modify these Terms unless confirmed in a formal written amendment signed by an authorised representative of hris77.
